जनसंख्या नियंत्रण विधेयक पर राजस्थान के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ रघु शर्मा ने कहा “बढ़ती जनसंख्या एक समस्या है. देश को इसे नियंत्रित करने के बारे में सोचना होगा ताकि आने वाली पीढ़ी बेहतर जीवन जी सके. यह "हम 2, हमारे 1" का समय है.”
