उद्धव ठाकरे को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत मिली है. अब शिंदे गुट को संपत्ति पर हक नहीं मिलेगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शिवसेना पार्टी की चल या अचल संपत्ति को अलग करने से रोकने के लिए निर्देश देने की मांग वाली याचिका खारिज कर दी है. इस मामले में महाराष्ट्र के एक वकील आशीष गिरी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल की थी. इसमें उन्होंने ये भी मांग की थी कि एकनाथ शिंदे को चल या अचल संपत्ति ट्रांसफर कर दी जाए.
