Maharashtra: बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में CM उद्धव ठाकरे व संजय राउत समेत अन्य के खिलाफ अवमानना याचिका दायर
बंबई उच्च न्यायालय में उद्धव ठाकरे, गृह मंत्री दिलीप वालसे पाटिल, संजय राउत और अन्य पर अदालत की अवमानना की कार्यवाही शुरू करने की अपील की गई है.
Maharashtra: बंबई उच्च न्यायालय में एक जनहित याचिका दायर कर महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे, गृह मंत्री दिलीप वालसे पाटिल, शिवसेना सांसद संजय राउत और अन्य पर न्यायपालिका के खिलाफ कथित तौर पर टिप्पणी करने के आरोप में अदालत की अवमानना की कार्यवाही शुरू करने की अपील की गई है.
इंडियन बार एसोसिएशन द्वारा दायर याचिका में दावा किया गया है कि मंत्री पद पर बैठे प्रतिवादियों ने उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीशों और पूरी न्यायिक प्रणाली के खिलाफ कई ‘झूठे, निंदनीय और अवमाननापूर्ण’ आरोप लगाए हैं. इस याचिका में उद्धव ठाकरे की पत्नी रश्मि ठाकरे व ‘सामना’ के प्रिंटर एवं प्रकाशक विवेक कदम के खिलाफ भी अवमानना की कार्रवाई करने की अपील की गई है. याचिका पर 26 अप्रैल को सुनवाई होगी.
