बिहार से बड़ी खबर आ रही है. शुक्रवार को कटिहार के मेयर शिवराज पासवान को अज्ञात बदमाशों ने गोली मार दी. अस्पताल ले जाते समय पासवान ने दम तोड़ दिया. इस हत्याकांड से एक बार फिर राज्य की कानून-व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठने शुरू हो गए है.
