Assembly Elections 2022: कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच EC का फैसला, चुनावी राज्यों में रैली, जुलूस और रोड शो पर 31 जनवरी तक रोक
देश में कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए चुनाव आयोग ने ने चुनावी रैलियों, जुलूस और रोड शो पर पाबंदियां 31 जनवरी तक बढ़ा दी हैं.
देश में कोरोना की रफ्तार लगातार बढ़ रही है. कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच यूपी, पंजाब, उतराखंड, गोवा और मणिपुर में चुनाव होने जा रहे हैं. देश में कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों को देखते हुए चुनाव आयोग ने (Election Commission) ने स्थिति की समीक्षा के लिए शनिवार को एक बैठक की, बैठक के बाद चुनाव आयोग ने चुनावी पांचों चुनावी राज्यों में चुनावी रैलियों, जुलूस और रोड शो पर 31 जनवरी तक पाबंदियां बढ़ा दी हैं. हालांकि आयोग ने प्रचार में कुछ ढील का भी ऐलान किया है. इसमें पहले चरण के लिए राजनीतिक दलों/चुनाव लड़ने वाले उम्मीदवारों की शारीरिक सार्वजनिक बैठकों के लिए 28 जनवरी से, दूसरे चरण के लिए 1 फरवरी से छूट दी गई है. डोर-टू-डोर अभियान के लिए 5 लोगों की सीमा 10 तक बढ़ाई गई है. इसके पहले 15 जनवरी को आयोग ने प्रतिबंधों को 22 जनवरी तक बढ़ा दिया था.
