भारत सरकार ने निर्णय किया है की GST नेटवर्क को PMLA एक्ट के तहत लाया जाएगा. अब जीएसटी से जुड़े मामलों में ED सीधा दखल दे सकेगी.
भारत सरकार ने निर्णय किया है की GST नेटवर्क को PMLA एक्ट के तहत लाया जाएगा. अब जीएसटी से जुड़े मामलों में ED सीधा दखल दे सकेगी. GST नेटवर्क का पूरा डाटा भी ED से साझा किया जा सकेगा. जीएसटी में गड़बड़ी करने वाले व्यापारी, कारोबारी अथवा फर्म के खिलाफ ED कार्रवाई कर सकेगी.
