अमेरिकी मीडिया ग्रुप पैरामाउंट ग्लोबल भारत में अपनी मीडिया ज्वाइंट वेंचर की हिस्सेदारी मुकेश अंबानी की रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज को बेच सकती है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक, कंपनी ने इसके लिए बातचीत शुरू कर दी है.
Paramount will Sell its Stake to Reliance: अमेरिकी मीडिया ग्रुप पैरामाउंट ग्लोबल भारत में अपनी मीडिया ज्वाइंट वेंचर की हिस्सेदारी मुकेश अंबानी की रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज को बेच सकती है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक, कंपनी ने इसके लिए बातचीत शुरू कर दी है. इस डील से पैरामाउंट ग्लोबल को 550 मिलियन डॉलर तक की आय हो सकती है. जिसका इस्तेमाल वह अपना कर्ज चुकाने में करेगा. बता दें कि पैरामाउंट ग्लोबल मौजूदा समय में वायाकॉम 18 के ज्वाइंट वेंचर के साथ मिलकर भारतीय मीडिया इंडस्ट्री में एक्टीव है. इस ज्वाइंट वेंचर की कंपनी भारत के शेयर बाजार में नेटवर्क 18 मीडिया एंड इन्वेस्टमेंट लिमिटेड के नाम से लिस्टेड है.
