महाराष्ट्र के गृह विभाग ने लॉकडाउन के आदेश का उल्लंघन करने वाले छात्रों, नागरिकों के खिलाफ आईपीसी 188 के तहत दर्ज सभी मामलों को वापस लेने का फैसला किया है. महाराष्ट्र के गृहमंत्री दिलीप पाटिल ने मंगलवार को बताया कि कैबिनेट से फैसले को मंजूरी मिलते ही मामलों को वापस लेने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जाएगी.
महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने कोविड-19 के प्रकोप के दौरान लागू किये गए लॉकडाउन के आदेश का उल्लंघन करने वाले छात्रों, नागरिकों के खिलाफ आईपीसी 188 के तहत दर्ज सभी मामलों को वापस लेने का फैसला किया है. महाराष्ट्र के गृहमंत्री दिलीप पाटिल ने मंगलवार को बताया कि कैबिनेट से फैसले को मंजूरी मिलते ही मामलों को वापस लेने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जाएगी.
