बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने रेजिडेंशियल सोसाइटी में सुरक्षा गार्डों द्वारा आवारा कुत्तों के साथ क्रूरता पर कड़ी नाराजगी जताई है.
Security Guards Using Sticks To scare Dogs: बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने एक शिकायत के बाद रेजिडेंशियल सोसाइटी में सुरक्षा गार्डों द्वारा आवारा कुत्तों के साथ क्रूरता पर कड़ी नाराजगी जताई है. हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि लावारिस कुत्तों को डराने के लिए लाठियों का इस्तेमाल करने वाले सुरक्षा गार्डों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करने का आदेश दिया है. कोर्ट की तरह से सुनवाई करते हुए न्यायमूर्ति जीएस कुलकर्णी और न्यायमूर्ति आरएन लड्डा की पीठ ने कहा कि जानवरों पर लाठियां चलाना उनके खिलाफ क्रूरता होगी. ऐसे में सुरक्षा गार्डों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए
