केरल की 31 वर्षीय एनी शिवा इन दिनों चर्चा में हैं. कभी नींबू पानी और आइस्क्रीम बेचकर गुजारा करने वाली एनी आज सब इंस्पेक्टर बन गई हैं. एक वक्त ऐसा था जब उन्हें 18 साल की उम्र में एक बच्चे के साथ छोड़ दिया गया था. हालात से लड़कर वह वर्कला पीएस में सब-इंस्पेक्टर बन गई हैं. शिवा कहती हैं कि मैंने सभी बाधाओं को पार करके यह लक्ष्य हासिल किया. मुझे यह देखकर खुशी होगी कि अन्य महिलाओं को अपने पैरों पर खड़े होने के लिए मेरे जीवन से प्रेरणा मिलती है.
