Jharkhand HC: ईडी को हाईकोर्ट से बड़ी राहत, HC ने झारखंड पुलिस के ऐक्शन पर लगाई रोक (View Tweet)
झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय ने पूर्व सीएम हेमंत सोरेन द्वारा दायर एससी/एसटी मामले में रांची पुलिस द्वारा प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के अधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी करने पर अगले आदेश तक रोक लगा दी है.
Jharkhand HC: झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय ने पूर्व सीएम हेमंत सोरेन द्वारा दायर एससी/एसटी मामले में रांची पुलिस द्वारा प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के अधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी करने पर अगले आदेश तक रोक लगा दी है. इसके अलावा राज्य सरकार को एक सप्ताह में इंटरलोक्यूटरी एप्लिकेशन पर अपना जवाब दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया है. इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई तीन हफ्ते के अंदर होगी.
बता दें, हेमंत सोरेन द्वारा एससी/एसटी मामले FIR दर्ज करने के बाद ईडी ने कोर्ट का रुख किया था. इससे पहले, HC ने ईडी अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कोई दंडात्मक कार्रवाई नहीं करने का आदेश दिया था. इस बीच, रांची पुलिस ने CRPC की 41ए के तहत नोटिस जारी किया और उन्हें 21 मार्च को जांच में शामिल होने के लिए कहा था. इसके खिलाफ ईडी ने एक इंटरलोक्यूटरी एप्लिकेशन (IA) दायर की थी.
