ED Summons to CM Hemant Soren: झारखंड जमीन घोटाला मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशायल (ED)  ने रविवार को सीएम हेमंत सोरेन के खिलाफ फिर से फ्रेश समन जारी किया है. नए समन के बाद सीएम सोरेन को 23 सितंबर को ईडी के सामने पेश होने को कहा गया है. हालांकि सीएम हेमंत सोरेन इस मामले में राहत पाने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रूख किया है.  बता दें कि सोरेन ने ईडी की ओर से उन्हें पूछताछ के लिए भेजे गए समन को चुनौती दी है.उन्होंने अपनी याचिका में पीएमएलए (प्रीवेंशन ऑफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग एक्ट) 2002 की धारा 50 और 63 की वैधता पर सवाल उठाया है.
