Vanraj Andekar Shot Dead: महाराष्ट्र में पुणे नगर निगम के पूर्व पार्षद वनराज आंदेकर की रविवार रात कुछ अज्ञात लोगों ने गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी. पुलिस ने यह जानकारी दी. पुलिस ने बताया कि उनपर धारदार हथियारों से भी हमला किया गया. पुणे नगर निगम को राज्य प्रशासन के अधीन लाये जाने से पहले वह राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी (अविभाजित) से जुड़े हुए थे. यह घटना शहर के नाना पेठ इलाके में हुई. संयुक्त पुलिस आयुक्त रंजन कुमार शर्मा ने कहा, "वनराज आंदेकर पर पांच गोलियां चलाई गईं। उन पर धारदार हथियार से भी हमला किया गया। उन्हें मृत अवस्था में किंग एडवर्ड मेमोरियल अस्पताल (केईएम) ले जाया गया." आंदेकर के शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए ससून अस्पताल भेजा गया है.
