भारतीय किसान यूनियन नेता राकेश टिकैत ने केंद्र सरकार को धमकी दी है. उन्केंहोंने कहा कि केंद्र बातचीत को तैयार नहीं हैं. ऐसे में हम 22 जुलाई को दिल्ली जाएंगे और संसद भवन के बाहर बैठेंगे. बैठक में शामिल होने के लिए हर दिन 200 लोग जाएंगे.
