दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने शराब नीति घोटाला मामले में सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को नया समन जारी किया है. कोर्ट ने उन्हें 16 मार्च को पेश होने का निर्देश दिया है.
CM Arvind Kejriwal New Summons: दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने शराब नीति घोटाला मामले में सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को नया समन जारी किया है. कोर्ट ने उन्हें 16 मार्च को पेश होने का निर्देश दिया है. दरअसल, ईडी ने उनके खिलाफ कोर्ट में दोबारा शिकायत दर्ज कराई है. ईडी का कहना है कि दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल पूछताछ में सहयोग नहीं कर रहे हैं. वह ईडी द्वारा जारी किए समन का संज्ञान नहीं ले रहे हैं. बता दें, दिल्ली शराब नीति मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को ईडी अब तक 8 समन जारी कर चुकी है. ईडी ने तीसरे समन पर पेश नहीं होने पर भी लोअर कोर्ट का रूख किया था. जिसको लेकर कोर्ट में अब 16 मार्च को सुनवाई होगी.
