दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने दिल्ली वक्फ बोर्ड के साथ पंजीकृत मस्जिदों के इमामों, मुअज्जिनों और मुफ्तियों को मई 2022 से वेतन का भुगतान न करने के मुद्दे को हल करने के लिए एक बैठक आयोजित करने का आदेश दिया है.
दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने दिल्ली वक्फ बोर्ड के साथ पंजीकृत मस्जिदों के इमामों, मुअज्जिनों और मुफ्तियों को मई 2022 से वेतन का भुगतान न करने के मुद्दे को हल करने के लिए एक बैठक आयोजित करने का आदेश दिया है. जस्टिस सचिन दत्ता ने दिल्ली वक्फ बोर्ड के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी या प्रशासक और दिल्ली सरकार के वित्त विभाग के प्रधान सचिव को एक बैठक बुलाने और वेतन भुगतान के संबंध में मुद्दे को हल करने का निर्देश दिया. अदालत ने 19 फरवरी को पारित एक आदेश में कहा, "उम्मीद है कि अपेक्षित निर्णय शीघ्रता से लिया जाएगा ताकि आज से एक सप्ताह की अवधि के भीतर मामले को हल किया जा सके."
