पुरोला से विधायक राजकुमार को कांग्रेस से बीजेपी में शामिल होने को लेकर कांग्रेस ने दलबदल कानून के तहत उत्तराखंड विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को पत्र लिखा हैं. कांग्रेस की तरफ से पत्र में मांग की है कि दलबल कानून के तहत राजकुमार की सदयस्ता रद्द की जाये. साथ ही वे राज्य में अगले साल होने वाले चुनाव को वे लड़ ना सके उन्हें अयोग्य ठहराया जाये.
