Delhi Excise Policy Case: दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने शराब घोटाला से जुड़े मनी लॉड्रिंग मामले में ED की शिकायतों पर अतिरिक्त मुख्य मेट्रोपालिटन मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा जारी किए गए समन को सेशन कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है. दरअसल, आठ समन जारी होने के बाद पूछताछ में सहयोग न करने पर ED ने केजरीवाल के खिलाफ कोर्ट में 2 शिकायतें दर्ज की थी. इसके बाद कोर्ट ने दिल्ली के सीएम को 16 मार्च को पेश होने का निर्देश दिया था.
