समीर वानखेड़े की अर्जी पर बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का आदेश- मुंबई पुलिस को गिरफ्तारी से पहले देना होगा 3 दिन का नोटिस
बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने एनसीबी के जोनल डायरेक्टर समीर वानखेड़े की याचिका का निपटारा कर दिया है. दरअसल महाराष्ट्र सरकार के वकील ने कोर्ट को आश्वासन दिया कि मुंबई पुलिस द्वारा वानखेड़े की गिरफ्तारी से पहले तीन दिन का नोटिस दिया जाएगा.
बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने एनसीबी के जोनल डायरेक्टर समीर वानखेड़े को थोड़ी राहत प्रदान की है. गुरुवार को हाईकोर्ट ने वानखेड़े की याचिका का निपटारा कर दिया है. दरअसल महाराष्ट्र सरकार के वकील ने कोर्ट को आश्वासन दिया कि मुंबई पुलिस द्वारा वानखेड़े की गिरफ्तारी से पहले तीन दिन का नोटिस दिया जाएगा. उधर, पुणे पुलिस के एंटी एक्सटॉर्शन सेल (एईसी) ने 2 अक्टूबर को क्रूज पार्टी छापे में नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (एनसीबी) के प्रमुख गवाह किरण पी गोसावी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. गौरतलब है कि गोसावी धोखाधड़ी के मामलों में वांछित है.
