महाराष्ट्र के बीड जिले में परली स्थित परली जिला अदालत ने मनसे प्रमुख राज ठाकरे के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी किया है. वारंट 2008 में ठाकरे पर दर्ज मामले में जारी किया गया है
मुंबई: महाराष्ट्र के बीड जिले में परली स्थित परली जिला अदालत ने मनसे प्रमुख राज ठाकरे (Raj Thackeray) के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट (Non-Bailable Warrant) जारी किया है. वारंट 2008 में ठाकरे पर दर्ज मामले में जारी किया गया है. इसकी वजह बताई गई है कि वह अब तक मामले में अदालत के सामने उपस्थित नहीं हो रहे थे. मामला परली तालुका के धर्मापुरी गांव में पथराव की एक घटना से जुड़ा है. इस घटना के कारण मनसे प्रमुख और इसके कार्यकर्ताओं के खिलाफ धारा 143 (गैरकानूनी सभी), धारा 427 (नुकसान पहुंचाना) और भारतीय दंड संहिता की अन्य धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था.
