उत्तराखंड के एसडीएम हल्द्वानी मनीष कुमार सिंह के अनुसार फतेहपुर इलाके में बरसाती नाले में तेज धारा की चपेट में आने से एक युवक बह गया. वह व्यक्ति लापता है और तलाशी अभियान जारी है, लेकिन अभी तक कुछ जानकारी नहीं मिला है.
