मुंबई: कांजुरमार्ग में वॉचमैन पर 11 साल की बच्ची से छेड़छाड़ का आरोप, पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत केस दर्ज
मुंबई के कांजुरमार्ग (Kanjurmarg) इलाके में एक आवासीय सोसायटी के वॉचमैन ने 11 साल की बच्ची के साथ कथित तौर पर छेड़छाड़ की. शिकायत मिलने के बाद पीड़ित बच्ची के बयान के आधार पर वॉचमैन के खिलाफ आईपीसी की धारा 354 और पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है और कल रात उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. पुलिस आज उसे कोर्ट में पेश करेगी.
