रिया चक्रवर्ती की FIR के खिलाफ सुशांत की बहन की याचिका को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने किया खारिज
दरअसल सुशांत की बहन प्रियंका सिंह ने बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को चुनौती देते हुए रिया चक्रवर्ती के अपने खिलाफ दर्ज कराई गई एफआईआर को रद्द करने की मांग की थी. जिसके लिए उन्होंने ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख किया था.
सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की बहन प्रियंका सिंह (Priyanka Singh) ने रिया चक्रवर्ती (Rhea Chakraborty) की एफआईआर के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था. जिस पर सुनवाई करते हुए अब SC ने इसे खारिज कर दिया है.
