Porn Film Case: पोर्न फिल्म रैकेट मामले में अभिनेत्री शर्लिन चोपड़ा (Sherlyn Chopra) को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने अभिनेत्री को गिरफ्तार करने से पहले जमानत दे दी है. बता दें कि चोपड़ा की ओर से पेश अधिवक्ता सुनील फर्नांडीस ने बताया था कि मामले में अन्य आरोपियों को भी गिरफ्तारी से संरक्षण दिया गया है. मामले से जुड़ी एक प्राथमिकी में चोपड़ा को अभिनेत्री पूनम पांडे के साथ आरोपी बनाया गया है। शीर्ष अदालत ने 18 जनवरी को पूनम पांडे को गिरफ्तारी से संरक्षण प्रदान किया था. हालांकि, उच्च न्यायालय ने 25 नवंबर 2021 को उनकी भी अग्रमि जमानत की याचिका खारिज कर दी थी.
