Jacqueline Fernandez Case: जैकलीन फर्नांडीज मामले में दिल्ली HC में 18 सितंबर को होगी सुनवाई, कोर्ट से मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में केस रद्द करने की मांग की है
ईडी ने फिल्म अभिनेत्री जैकलीन फर्नांडीज के खिलाफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में केस रेड किया है. मामले में गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए उन्होंने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी. जिस याचिका को कोर्ट ने स्वीकार करने के बाद मामले में 18 सितंबर सुनवाई होगी.
Jacqueline Fernandez Case: ईडी ने फिल्म अभिनेत्री जैकलीन फर्नांडीज के खिलाफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में केस दर्ज किया है. जिस मामले में जैकलीन से ईडी कई बार पूछताछ भी कर चुकी है. लेकिन मामले में गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए उन्होंने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की थी. जिस याचिका को कोर्ट ने स्वीकार करने के बाद मामले में 18 सितंबर सुनवाई करेगी. सुनवाई से पहले कोर्ट ने जैकलीन फर्नांडीज से महत्वपूर्ण संक्षिप्त दलीलें दाखिल करने को कहा है. 200 करोड़ रुपये की धोखाधड़ी मामलेमे ईडी का आरोप है कि चंद्रशेखर ने ‘अपराध से अर्जित रकम’ या अवैध धन का इस्तेमाल जैकलीन के लिए तोहफे खरीदने के वास्ते किया था
