बॉलीवुड अभिनेता शाइनी आहूजा को बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट की तरफ से बड़ी राहत मिल गई है. उच्च न्यायालय ने एक्टर को 10 साल के लिए अपने पासपोर्ट को रीन्यू कराने की अनुमति दे दी है.
Shiney Ahuja: बॉलीवुड अभिनेता शाइनी आहूजा को बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट की तरफ से बड़ी राहत मिल गई है. उच्च न्यायालय ने एक्टर को 10 साल के लिए अपने पासपोर्ट को रीन्यू कराने की अनुमति दे दी है. वह साल 2011 में अपनी हाउस हेल्प से बलात्कार के आरोप में दोषी ठहराए गए थे और फिलहाल जमानत पर हैं. न्यायमूर्ति अमित बोरकर की एकल पीठ ने इस मामले पर सुनवाई करते हुए कहा कि शाइनी, जिन्हें यहां की एक अदालत ने सात साल जेल की सजा सुनाई थी, 2011 में जमानत मिलने बाद से कोर्ट की सभी शर्तों का पालन कर रहे हैं.
