इंडियन ऑयल ने गर्मियों में अपने ईंधन टैंक को अधिकतम सीमा तक भरने की स्थिति में संभावित वाहन विस्फोटों के बारे में लोगों को कोई चेतावनी चेतावनी जारी नहीं की है. इस संबंध में एक फर्जी एडवाइजरी इन दिनों वायरल हो रही है. खुद इंडियन ऑयल ने ट्वीट कर स्पष्ट किया की एडवाइजरी में किए गए दावे निराधार हैं कंपनी ने कभी ऐसी कोई एडवाइजरी जारी नहीं की है.
क्या गाड़ी की तेल की टंकी फुल करने पर विस्फोट का खतरा होता है? जी नहीं! बीते कुछ समय से सोशल मीडिया पर एक तस्वीर वायरल हो रही है, जिसमें इंडियन ऑयल के हवाले से चेतावनी दी गई है कि गर्मियों में वाहनों की तेल की टंकी फुल भरने पर विस्फोट की संभावना होती है. इस झूठी एडवाइजरी की एक तस्वीर व्हाट्सएप पर खूब शेयर की जा रही है. इंडियन ऑयल की ब्रांडिंग और हिंदी में टेक्स्ट के साथ इस एडवाइजरी में सलाह दी गई है की यदि वे गर्मियों में तेल टैंक को अधिकतम सीमा तक भरना चाहते हैं और तो उन्हें दिन में कम से कम एक बार टैंक का ढक्कन खोलना चाहिए, ताकि अंदर बनी गैस बाहर निकल जाएं.
