पश्चिम बंगाल में हिंसा के बीच पंचायत चुनाव के लिए शनिवार सुबह सात बजे से वोटिंग शुरू हो चुकी हैं. लेकिन वोटिंग शुरू होते ही अज्ञात उपद्रवियों ने सीताई के कूच बिहार में प्राइमरी स्कूल में एक बूथ पर तोड़फोड़ की. उपद्रवियों ने तोड़फोड़ ही नहीं बल्कि बैलेट पेपर भी जाला दिए.

West Bengal Panchayat Elections 2023: पश्चिम बंगाल में हिंसा के बीच पंचायत चुनाव के लिए शनिवार सुबह सात बजे से वोटिंग शुरू हो चुकी हैं. लेकिन वोटिंग शुरू होते ही अज्ञात उपद्रवियों ने सीताई के कूच बिहार में प्राइमरी स्कूल में एक बूथ पर तोड़फोड़ की. उपद्रवियों ने तोड़फोड़ ही नहीं बल्कि बैलेट पेपर भी जाला दिए. बता दें कि 22 जिला परिषदों, 9730 पंचायत समितियों और 63229 ग्राम पंचायतों की सीटों के लिए आज वोट डाले जा रहे हैं. इस चुनाव के लिए करीब 5.67 करोड़ मतदाता अपने मताधिकार का इस्तेमाल करेंगे.
