Arvind Kejriwal Case: अभी जेल में ही रहेंगे दिल्ली के सीएम केजरीवाल, ईडी की याचिका पर दिल्ली HC ने फैसला रखा सुरक्षित

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने सीएम केजरीवाल को जमानत देने के निचली अदालत के आदेश पर ईडी की याचिका पर फैसला सुनाए जाने तक रोक लगा दी है. हाईकोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रखते हुए कहा कि वह ईडी की याचिका पर दो से तीन दिन में आदेश सुनाएगा.

Arvind Kejriwal Case: दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने सीएम केजरीवाल को जमानत देने के निचली अदालत के आदेश पर ईडी की याचिका पर फैसला सुनाए जाने तक रोक लगा दी है. हाईकोर्ट ने फैसला सुरक्षित रखते हुए कहा कि वह ईडी की याचिका पर दो से तीन दिन में आदेश सुनाएगा. ऐसे में संभावना जताई जा रही है कि सोमवार या मंगलवार तक आदेश आ जाएगा. हाईकोर्ट ने वकील से सोमवार तक लिखित दलीलें दाखिल करने को कहा है. इससे पहले गुरुवार को राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट ने शराब घोटाले के मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में केजरीवाल को नियमित जमानत दे दी थी. निचली अदालत के इस फैसले के खिलाफ शुक्रवार को ईडी ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट का रूख किया. अब हाईकोर्ट ने केजरीवाल की जमानता पर फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है.
