BRICS Expansion 2023: ब्रिक्स देशों के समूह ने छह नए देशों को इसमें शामिल होने के लिए आमंत्रित किया है. दक्षिण अफ्रीका के जोहान्सबर्ग में तीन दिवसीय शिखर सम्मेलन में ब्राजील, रूस, भारत, चीन और दक्षिण अफ्रीका ने मिलकर इस विषय पर विस्तार से चर्चा किया. इसमें प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भी शामिल हुए. ब्रिक्स ने अर्जेंटीना, मिस्र, इथियोपिया, ईरान, सऊदी अरब और यूएई के रूप में नए सदस्यों की घोषणा की है.
