आर्थिक मंदी (Economic Recession) की आशंका के बीच Microsoft जैसी दिग्गज कपंनी ने 10,000 कर्मचारियों की छंटनी की. जो इसके ग्लोबल वर्कफोर्स का लगभग 5 फीसदी है. वहीं Microsoft ने ChatGPT Parent OpenAI में अरबों डॉलर इनवेस्ट करने जा रही है. जिसके बारे में सोमवार को माइक्रोसॉफ्ट की तरह से घोषणा की गई. बता दें कि टेक दिग्गज, जिसने 2019 में ओपनएआई में 1 बिलियन डॉलर का निवेश किया था, उसने ओपनएआई के साथ दीर्घकालिक साझेदारी के तीसरे चरण में निवेश राशि का खुलासा नहीं किया. इससे पहले की रिपोर्ट में दावा किया गया था कि माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ओपनएआई में 10 अरब डॉलर तक का निवेश कर सकती है.
