TCS Salary Hike: आर्थिक मंदी के बीच जहां कुछ बड़े कंपनियों में कर्मचारियों की छंटनी हो रही है. वहीं देश की सबसे बड़ी कंपनी टीसीएस (TCS) में काम करने वाले कुछ कमर्चारियों के लिए खुशखबरी है. कंपनी में कम करने वाले टॉप परफॉर्म करने वाले कुछ कर्मचारियों की सैलेरी बढाने जा रही है. मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार टीसीएस चीफ ह्यूमन रिसोर्स ऑफिसर मिलिंद लक्कड़ के हवाले से कहा गया कि कंपनी में शानदार प्रदर्शन करने वाले कर्मचारियों को इस कारोबारी साल 12-15 फीसदी सैलरी बढ़ाई जाएगी.
