Flag Bearers at Paris Olympics 2024: बैडमिंटन स्टार पीवी सिंधु और टेबल टेनिस स्टार शरत कमल को पेरिस ओलंपिक 2024 में ध्वजवाहक बनाया गया है. साथ ही, 2012 के कांस्य पदक विजेता निशानेबाज गगन नारंग ने पेरिस में होने वाले आगामी शोपीस इवेंट के लिए मैरी कॉम की जगह शेफ-डी-मिशन के रूप में पदभार संभाला है. मैरी कॉम ने पहले भारत के शेफ-डी-मिशन के पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया था. सिंधु, रिकॉर्ड के लिए, रियो (2016) में रजत पदक और टोक्यो (2021) में कांस्य पदक जीतने के बाद दो ओलंपिक पदक जीतने वाली एकमात्र भारतीय महिला हैं.
