योगिंदर ढींगरा ने पंजाब कांग्रेस के महासचिव के पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया. नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू के इस्तीफे के बाद मंत्री रजिया सुल्ताना और राज्य पार्टी के कोषाध्यक्ष गुलजार इंदर चहल के बाद पद छोड़ने वाले ढींगरा तीसरे कांग्रेसी नेता हैं.
