Arms ACT Case: यूपी के बाहुबली नेता मुख्तार अंसारी के विधायक बेटे अब्बास अंसारी (Abbas Ansari) को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने अब्बास अंसारी की आर्म्स एक्ट के मामले में गिरफ्तारी पर अगले आदेश तक रोक लगा दी है. कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान बचाव में उनके वकील कपिल सिब्बल ने कहा कि अब्बास अंसारी राष्ट्रीय रायफल संघ के सदस्य हैं. उनके पास लाइसेंस हैं, लेकिन फिर भी यूपी में आपराधिक मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया.
