UCC Bill Passed In Uttarakhand: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व वाली राज्य सरकार द्वारा समान नागरिक संहिता उत्तराखंड 2024 विधेयक सदन में बुधवार को पेश किया गया. जिस बिल को पेश करने के बाद सदन से काफी गहमा- गहमी के बीच पास हो गया है. विधानसभा में यूसीसी बिल पास होने के बाद उत्तराखंड समान नागरिक संहिता लागू करने वाला देश का पहला राज्य बन गया है. सदन में समान नागरिक संहिता बिल पास होने के बाद इसे अंतिम हस्ताक्षर के लिए राज्यपाल के पास भेजा जायेगा. जिसके बाद इस बिल को राष्ट्रपति के पास भेजे जाने के बाद इसे प्रदेश में लागू किया जायेगा. प्रदेश में यूसीसी लागू होने के बाद राज्य में सभी के लिए एक कानून लागू हो जायेगा.
राजस्थान में भी UCC लागू करने की तैयारी:
बता दें कि उत्तराखंड के बाद राजस्थान सरकार भी समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) विधेयक लाने की योजना बना रही है. सूत्रों ने कहा कि राजस्थान में यूसीसी के लिए एक मसौदा समिति के गठन की घोषणा जल्द ही होने की संभावना है, इसके लिए आंतरिक तैयारी शुरू कर दी गई है.
