SC ने द्विविवाह का अपराध करने वाली महिला को IPC की धारा 494 और 420 के तहत दी अग्रिम जमानत

कथित तौर पर द्विविवाह का अपराध करने वाली एक महिला को सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) ने राहत देते हुए उसे अग्रिम जमानत (Anticipatory Bail) दे दी है. बताया जाता है कि महिला के खिलाफ कथित तौर पर द्विविवाह (Bigamy) करने के आरोप में आईपीसी की धारा 494 और आईपीसी की धारा 420 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था, जिसके बाद महिला को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से अग्रिम जमानत मिल गई है.
