पश्चिम बंगाल के हाईप्रोफाइल सीट भवानीपुर से राज्य की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी (Mamata Banerjee) ने शानदार जीत हासिल की है. ममता बनर्जी ने इस उपचुनाव में अपने निकटतम प्रतिद्वंदी भारतीय जनता पार्टी की प्रियंका टिबरेवाल (Priyanka Tibrewal) को 58,832 वोटों से हराया है. भवानीपुर से ममता बनर्जी के जीत के बाद कोलकाता में उनके निवास स्थान पर जश्न का महौल हैं. टीएमसी के कार्यकर्ता एक दूसरे को मिठाई बांटकर खुशी जाहिर कर रहे हैं.
