केरल के मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को चिट्ठी लिखकर कोविड-19 वैक्सीन की नई नीति में बदलाव करने का अनुरोध किया है. इस बदलाव के तहत उन्होंने मांग की है कि राज्य सरकारों को जितनी वैक्सीन की जरूरत है उसकी पूरी मात्रा उन्हें मुफ्त में उपलब्ध कराई जाए.
