CM Kejriwal vs ED: दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की कोई दंडात्मक कार्रवाई न करने की मांग वाली याचिका पर दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में सुनवाई जारी है. वरिष्ठ वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी और विक्रम चौधरी अरविंद केजरीवाल की ओर से पैरवी कर रहे हैं. इस दौरान कोर्ट ने ASG राजू (ईडी की ओर से पेश) से पूछा कि आप बार-बार सीएम केजरीवाल को समन क्यों जारी कर रहे हैं. आपको उन्हें गिरफ्तार करने से कौन रोक रहा है? इस पर जवाब देते हुए ASG राजू ने कहा कि हमने कभी नहीं कहा कि हम उन्हें गिरफ्तार करने के लिए बुला रहे हैं. ये अधिकार तो हमारे पास पहले से है. हम चाहते हैं कि वे जांच में शामिल हों, उन्हें गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा या नहीं यह हम बाद में देखेंगे.
