अधिवक्ता तरुणज्योति तिवारी ने बताया कि 2011 के बाद पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी के परिवार के सदस्यों की बढ़ती संपत्ति के खिलाफ याचिकाकर्ता अरिजीत मजूमदार ने कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय में जनहित याचिका दायर की और सीबीआई, ईडी और आईटी विभाग से जांच की मांग की गयी है
