26 अक्टूबर 2020 को हरियाणा के बल्लभगढ़ में निकिता तोमर की कॉलेज के बाहर गोली मारकर हत्या की गई थी. जिसमे पुलिस ने तौसीफ और रेहान नामक 2 युवको को गिरफ्तार किया था. जिसमे तौसीफ नामक युवक ने उसे गोली मारी थी. उसके साथ रेहान नामक एक लड़का और मौजूद था. तौसीफ और रेहान को फरीदाबाद कोर्ट लाया गया. आज होने वाली उनकी सजा की मात्रा पर तर्क किया गया.
