नारदा स्टिंग मामले में पश्चिम बंगाल की सीएम ममता बनर्जी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश पर कलकत्ता हाई कोर्ट में एक फ्रेश एफिडेविट दायर किया है. 9 जून को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुख्यमंत्री और कानून मंत्री को हलफनामा जमा नहीं करने के कलकत्ता उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश को रद्द कर दिया था और मामला वापस कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट को भेज दिया गया था. जिसके बाद नारदा स्टिंग मामले में फेश हलफनामा दायर करने को कहा गया था.
