एम जे अकबर ने प्रिया रमानी के खिलाफ दायर मानहानि केस से बरी किये जाने पर दिल्ली HC में दी चुनौती
दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने प्रिया रमानी के खिलाफ एम जे अकबर द्वारा दायर दायर आपराधिक मानहानि के मुकदमे को खारिज कर किये जाने पर केस को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है. इस मामले पर कोर्ट कल सुनवाई करेगा.
पत्रकार प्रिया रमानी आपराधिक मानहानि के मुकदमे से बरी किये जाने पर पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री एम जे अकबर इस मामले को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है.
