Delhi Liquor Scam: दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने दिल्ली के पूर्व सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल की याचिका पर नोटिस जारी किया है, जिसमें उन्होंने सेशन कोर्ट (Sessions court) के आदेश को चुनौती दी है. केजरीवाल ने सेशन कोर्ट के फैसले में संशोधन की मांग करते हुए हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था, जिसमें प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) द्वारा दायर शिकायतों के संबंध में अदालत द्वारा जारी समन को चुनौती देने वाली उनकी चुनौती को खारिज कर दिया गया था, ईडी ने केजरीवाल के पूर्व नोटिस के बावजूद उनके समक्ष पेश न होने पर समन जारी किया था, ईडी ने याचिका का विरोध किया और हाईकोर्ट ने अब मामले की सुनवाई 19 दिसंबर को तय की है,
