Manipur: पुलिस ने ही निर्वस्त्र महिलाओं को भीड़ के हवाले किया था, पीड़िता ने लगाए गंभीर आरोप

मणिपुर में दो कुकी महिलाओं के यौन उत्पीड़न के वायरल वीडियो ने देश को हिलाकर रख दिया है.  यौन हिंसा मामले पर पीड़िता ने पुलिस पर गंभीर आरोप लगाएं हैं. द इंडियन एक्सप्रेस की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, पीड़ित महिलाओं में से एक ने बताया है कि खुद पुलिस ने ही उन्हें भीड़ को सौंपा था.

पीड़ित महिला ने बताया, "हमारे गांव पर हमला करने वाली भीड़ के साथ पुलिस भी थी. पुलिस ने ही हमें घर के पास से उठाया. हमें गांव से कुछ दूर ले गए और बीच रास्ते में भीड़ को सौंप दिया. हमें पुलिस ने ही भीड़ के हवाले किया था. भीड़ ने हमारे साथ जो किया वो किया. फिर हमें वहीं छोड़ दिया. हम किसी तरह वहां से भागे." महिला ने कहा कि वो कुछ लोगों की पहचान कर सकती है. एक आरोपी उसके भाई का दोस्त हुआ करता था.

4 मई की इस घटना का वीडियो 20 जुलाई को वायरल हुआ. हंगामा मचा तो मणिपुर सरकार ने कड़ी कार्रवाई का आश्वासन देते हुए आरोपियों की जल्द गिरफ्तारी की बात कही. गुरुवार को एक आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है. बाकी की तलाश जारी है.
