बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट ने एक आवारा कुत्ते की हत्या के आरोप में एक 20 वर्षीय छात्र को बड़ी राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए उसके खिलाफ दर्ज केस को रद्द कार दिया है
HC on Stray Dog killing Case: बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट से इक आवारा कुत्ते की ह्त्या के आरोप में एक 20 वर्षीय छात्र को बड़ी राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने मामले की सुनवाई करते हुए उसके खिलाफ दर्ज केस को रद्द कार दिया है. जिसमें एक आवारा कुत्ते को उसकी कार चलाते हुए मारने के लिए मामला दर्ज किया गया था. न्यायमूर्ति अनुजा प्रभुदेसाई और न्यायमूर्ति एनआर बोरकर की खंडपीठ ने यह भी कहा कि लड़के ने आवारा कुत्तों के कल्याण के लिए 5,000 रुपये का दान दिया था. अदालत ने प्राथमिकी रद्द करते हुए कहा कि मामले को जारी रखने से उनके करियर में बांधा आएगी. इसलिए उसके खिलाफ दर्ज केस को रद्द किया जा रहा है.
