चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) ने बुधवार को कहा कि वकीलों को अदालत कक्षों के अंदर आईपैड और लैपटॉप जैसे इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों का उपयोग करने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए.
चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (CJI) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) ने बुधवार को कहा कि वकीलों को अदालत कक्षों (Court Room) के अंदर आईपैड और लैपटॉप जैसे इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों का उपयोग करने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए, बशर्ते वे इसका उपयोग क्रिएटिव उद्देश्य के लिए कर रहे हों, न कि फिल्में देखने के लिए. सीजेआई ने कहा कि अदालतों में अनुशासन और मर्यादा को इस हद तक नहीं बढ़ाया जाना चाहिए कि अदालत कक्षों के अंदर ऐसे उपकरणों पर पूरी तरह से रोक लग जाए.
