देश में रेल दुर्घटना के कारण आखिरी यात्री की मौत मार्च 2019 में हुई थी. केंद्रीय रेल मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने आज लोकसभा में बताया कि 2019-2021 के बीच लगभग 2 वर्षों में कोई मौत रेल हादसे से नहीं हुई है. उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार यात्री सुरक्षा और निवेश पर ज्यादा बल दे रही है.
