जम्मू-कश्मीर के राजौरी जिले के नरला इलाके में आतंकवादियों और सुरक्षाबलों के बीच चल रही मुठभेड़ के दौरान भारतीय सेना के कुत्ते 'केंट' ने एक भारतीय सेना के जवान की जान बचाते हुए अपनी जान दे दी. इस ऑपरेशन में एक आतंकवादी मारा गया है जबकि सेना ने अपने एक जवान को खो दिया. पीआरओ डिफेंस जम्मू ने कहा, "केंट भागते हुए आतंकवादियों की तलाश में सैनिकों की एक टुकड़ी का नेतृत्व कर रहा था. यह भारी गोलीबारी की चपेट में आ गया."
